Use Amsoil, I'm sure everyone here will agree!

I use Mobil 1 in every car, truck, and bike I own, as a ASE Master Tech in Diesel, and Automotive I can tell you its the best oil I have ever used. My dealer also recomended it over all the others too. Its a little more $ but so is a Harley. Is your bike worth it?

just my 2 Cent

Ooh, Ooh me, me! I know this one!
I've used nothing but Castrol products since my earliest of riding days. I have been turning wrenches as long or longer. I'm never changing. For what I feel are reasons enough for me.
After reading the informative oil threads here, It was suggested to use whatever the Heck brand you feel comfortable with or grew up with, as theirs hardly a dimes worth of difference between most of them. We the laymen will never know which specific blend is right for our motors. Nor will we ever know exactly what each ones blend is capable of! With this, I offer that Castrol has just recently released a V-Twin special blend. It's not a full synthetic either. My guess is it deals with heat better. Who knows?
Put the brownies down, NOW Bob

Okay! My $0.02

Any of the following:

Movil1Vtwin 20w50 (autozone)
HD Syn3 20w50(dealer)
Amsoil MCV 20w50 (amsoil dealer)
HD 360 20w50 engine/Formula + trans (dealer)

I always ran the HD Syn3 in my 883. Ran fine.

I've used what Donnie Peterson recommends.

Chances are you'll move on to another bike before any oil related issues arise.
