Bought a Honda bagger cover and have never had any moisture on the seat or anywhere else and this includes the entire day last summer it sat outside in a downpour.
Fleece lined where it covers the windshield, heat shields where it touches the pipes and a great big H logo...lol
Bought it for one simple reason, who's going to bother a bike sitting under a Honda cover?

I have the Nelson Rigg MC-100 lightweight travel cover and though it doesn't have any special material at the bottom I've never had a problem putting it right over my pipes after shutting the bike down.
