If you are coming thru OKC on I-40....it WILL hurt. We call 1-40 crosstown "The Kidney Buster"!!!

Like the others said, 200 miles per day is not a long ride. But, take your belt just in case you feel that you may need it after 3-4 straight days in the saddle.

100-150 miles a day after work is road therapy. What are you going to do the rest of the time?

A kidney belt with assless chaps and a patented hernia truss is an absolute necessity for anything over 40 miles! Get some fingerless gloves, and you're ready for anything.
