Doing a Vts rides in April. Going to be staying in or around Maryville Tn. Anybody able to recommend places to stay. Side note; don't mind a good band and a few cold ones.

I can't help you with lodging there but make sure you don't miss Smoky Mountain HD in Maryville. It's a great dealership with life music at the "Shed" on weekends. They have great t-shirts too.

you'll be close to Seiverville and Gatlingburg! Both nice places. Hogs and Honeys is a pretty cool bar in Gatlingburg!

 

Princess Motel. It's biker friendly. Stayed there before and I've made my reservation already for my next trip there.

I'll 2nd that princess motel--nice and near the foothills pkwy.

 

Country Inn and Suites Knoxville-Airport If you go online their rates are cheaper...They have a continental breakfast that is awesome...If you leave there hungry something wrong with ya.........Do to weather I didn't know if I was going be able to ride down ...So I couldn't make a reservation..He told me if I made it down he would give me the online rates...That was cool! It saved me a 100 bucks..p.s. it's located on Hwy 129...

 

And, just a couple blocks south of the Princess...on the other side of the highway...is Big Daddy's, a biker bar that usually has live bands on the weekends. There's also the Gondolier Italian restuarant right next door to the Princess, and Panchos Mexican restuarant just down past Big Daddy's.

Ooohh, the Gondolier Italian and Greek restaurant was SO good!!! I swear they gave me a portion of food that could have satisfied the world's fattest man though!

I've heard about Big Daddy's. Might be making a stop there during my next trip to Maryville!!!
