Buying a 2007 is driving me nuts!

Buying a 2007 is driving me nuts!
So here's the deal. Local dealer can't get a 2007 black FatBoy in until late Sept/early Oct. plus they want $620 for dealer prep, another dealer has one on the floor but claims it's sold, ($495 prep) another dealer has one on the way but not sure when ($290 prep) yet another local dealer has one on the showroom floor unsold but they have the highest price tag out the door. All I know is I want the bike now and getting the best price is a no brainer. Should I go for it and get the one that has an unsold one on the floor or wait it out and save a few hundred? Maybe I need to rethink the Vivid Black, although that's what I 've had my heart set on. So little time, so little patience.

Maybe get Black Pearl...black with a twist...I hear that vivid black isn't as good of a quality as the other colors anyway. I think black pearl is the way to go...its black at night and looks cool as **** with the metal flakes and all when the sun hits it. Otherwise, it depends on if ya got a deep pockets and can afford to get the bike now....

Don't settle on something different than what you want. You will always regret it. I can't see waiting for a few hundred dollars. Maybe they will throw in some discounted stuff...

Get the one you want. Drive further if you have to. Think about where you will get your services done. Generally where you buy will take care of you better.

Yep, get the one you want, and do not pay $820 for prep unless they are throwing in some pipes and mods. That $290 one is the better deal, and prolly come in the same time.
Anticipation sucks, but the feeling of getting what you want will make up for it.
...like the day Salma Hayek arrives at my door.

I guess you just have to ask yourself how bad you want it. If you have that many dealers in your area though, I'm gonna have to call BS on them. A good dealer will work with others in the area to GET you the bike you want. My salesman actually drove 250 miles to another dealer to pick up my bike.
