If your going for your anniversary and have forgotten, take the rain gear.......
It's historically wet the 1st part of May in Western NC.

No I hadn't forgotten which I why we'd like to be nearer to Asheville in way of accomodations for something else to do if it's too wet to ride much. Would LOVE to stay at the Grove Park Inn, but that's probably pricier than we want to indulge. Some really good suggestions here. Thanks again.
