Default hand grip glue

A little help please?! In a previous post I bared my soul to all about how I dorked and my bike fall down and go ouch off my lift as I was washing it.
All that was trashed was my left grip, well I scored a "new" grip from buddy Robbie at McCaas' ( Yes A Blatent Plug for him!).
So anyways, I got the old grip off with some beer and testosterone. and as I realized that I don't know what kind of adhesive to use to put it back on.
I tried some industrial contact spray cement and let it sit overnite but still feels like it's loose. All suggestions are greatly appreciated!

If you know any golfers, get some grip tape. Swapped my ISO grips recently and used that based upon other recommendations here on the forum. Working fine.

If you use the Gorilla glue, make sure you get the grips you want for the rest of your life first!!! It's good stuff.

The harley kit comes with the same stuff that you use on weatherstripping. Put them on the other day. Works fine.
