Do U use front, rear or both brakes usually..
I use mostly front to slow down, but both on needed occasions. seldom rear only.
How about U.??

I use both of mine all the time (well not ALL the time...only when I'm trying to slow down or stop).

i use both in tandem mostly all the time. when just slowing a bit in traffic i'll tap the rear only.

frotn for actual braking and the rear if i want the person behind me to know i am stopping/slowing down

Mostly use front brake. Will add in some rear brake if I need to slow rapidly or from highway speed.

Forgot to actually answer the question.....
Both......unless in bumper to bumper traffic (about 5-20 mph, then front only).
