Default Front rear braking

Both. When going slow, like up to a lighted on ramp, back only which causes the bike to stay upright when feathering the clutch and throttle. Using the front going that slow will make it easy to tip. Highway and such at high speed the front is the one and the back at the same time if i need to stop now.

99% of the time I use front only but will use the rear in a parking lot, something I learned from the Ride Like a Pro video.

Front is used for most of the stopping and the rear is used for control.

Both brakes all the time unless braking into a turn - best lay off that puppy. MSC's recommend use of both brakes together for max stopping power; Front brake gives 75%, rear only 25 so braking pressure on each should be balanced and controlled for shortest stopping distance without locking.

I use both, the amount of each depends on the condition of the road and the situation.

I think the MSFD says that 70% of the braking should be done with the front brake. I would never recommend getting into the habit of using only the front brake. It's possible you could get into a panic braking situation and may have a tendency to use only the front brake, which could get you into trouble quickly.
