Default Euro Style Jacket Vs. Regular Riding Jacket

I've always been a personal fan of the European style as it feels more comfortable to my size as a bigger, broader guy. How about you guys?

Yeah, they fit my humility well too. jk

Actually i have both. I interchange them based on the weather since the Euro style seems warmer to me i use it when the weather is colder. It also has a couple of the reflective lines across the back that might help at night time.

Hahaha. I am not like.. A human muscle. Just saying that people who are a little bit bigger in the shoulders might find a better fit. But yeah, I definitely like the feel of the euro as opposed to the regular. I tried at least 20 of each on.

Since I haven't really looked at the styling of jackets so much, forgive my ignorance, but what is a Euro style jacket? (Insert bobbing question mark smiley here)

In my experience, it's a tighter fit up in the shoulders. Has the neck strap. Where the typical riding jacket has the lower neck in the front, this one comes all the way up to the bottom of your neck leaving no part of the chest exposed.

Typical Jacket followed by Euro

Yeah, just what is the Euro style? Is it the same as the British style? What is the British style? What is a regular riding jacket? Is it the American style? I truly don't know.

Oops. Answer given while I was posting above.

So I guess my American made Langlitz Columbia is a 'typical regular riding jacket" and my American made Vanson Mark 2 Cobra is "Euro style".

I like 'em both.
