Bought my 2010 FLSTC about 3 weeks ago for $16,735 which included: California Emissions, HD Freight, the Wheel Option and the HD Security system (Key Fob). This price was OTD not counting State Sales Tax. I also got a $250 Parts Credit and an additional 20% Discount on first shopping trip to their Parts Department. List price per HD web site is $18,414 equipped as noted above. With the $250 parts credit I feel that I actually paid $16,485. So that would be a $1,929 or 10.5% Discount off of MSRP. I also bought about $1,500 in parts using the 20% discount. But I'm not counting that in these calculations because the dealer had no way of knowing what I might or might not purchase using this discount. Bear in mind that I negotiated this same deal with three septerate HD dealers. I also had an email offer of a 2009 for $16,000 from a fourth HD dealer. This process took a few weeks and a bit of patience on my part that included multiple visits to several dealers. A few HD dealers pretty much told me to get lost (in so many words); but in the end the dealer closest to me made the sale and I'm quite happy with their service and treatment following the sale.

I bought my 09 Fat Bob at the end of September, it listed for 15200 and I payed 12995. He wouldn't move on anything else though, and I asked for whatever I could get. Not even a shirt but the finance guy gave me that. So the good news is a paid 12995 for the shirt and got a free bike.
