Me and the wife will be riding that way from Texas ourselves around June. I am from Western Kentucky, and there are is some beautiful country there. If you get farter south than Louisville, try the Land Between the Lakes Area, or even over across the Ill line on the ferry in Cave in Rock, and Garden of the Gods.
