build it and they will come... screw up and they won't... it good to post in here about the ones who don't deserve our business or won't take care of their customers after making a sale.

brings to mind, screw me once, shame on U... screw me twice, shame on me........

He'll never know how much business he's lost trying to save penny's. Forest and tree thing? Such a shame that jerks like this get away with their practices. Compare them to someone like Eastern Performance, or Vance & Hines, and you can really see the difference.

LOL, hey golfblues, try this:
order some snow & ice from Demon Cycle. As phucked up as they seem to be, they will send you sunshine and warm weather. And if you call them about it, they will refuse to accept your return!!
hang in there buddy, springtime is a-commin!

i ordered some stuff from them. it arrived on time and in tact. i can't complain. they have super cheap prices. i chose to sacrifice customer service to save a buck or 200. i had already read the 50 page bashing thread but i ordered anyway. nobody else could touch the price.

they were actually much better than the butthole at real hog that told me my fender be at my door in 10 days and in 10 days told me it wasn't available anymore.

I think chopped may be working for demon. Either way they are also on my "stay away" list also. thanks for the tip, I almost placed a rather large order with them also and thanks to the thread and the other thread I will be looking elsewhere.
Demon cycles, I hope you are reading this.

no. i definitely don't work for demon, nor do i care if anyone buys anything from them. i actually won't myself anymore because i got in an argument with one of their guys when i was trying to order a wheel. they just sell stuff cheap.

if you are broke like me, their part is $150 with sh!tty customer service and hd's is $400....i'm going with demon, real hog, debrix, oncycles, or any other middle man parts pusher. there's a certain risk ordering online. if i really need something to be right, i build it myself or go to an indy. harley is the last resort but i seem to buy a lot of stuff from them too.
