I have three jacks which I bought for my bikes as well as for working on others.Over the yrs these jacks have been improved.Harleys are heavy and their wt is different than some metrics.I have one similar to the sears unit and would not put my ultra classic on it very long and feel safe.Bought one yrs ago called a pitbull I believe and is a very rugged unit, very well made though probably not still in business.Whole lifts are nice but take up alot of space when not in use.Prices have come down on all these units and many vendors will match prices.Look around, asking others, visit some independent shops and see what they are using.

Okay, have been looking at lifts, mostly sears......tonite however, while looking at sears.com they have a new lift. They (sears), must have just offered this one. It appears to be as nice as some I have seen costing 3-4 hundred. Go to sears.com and reply with your opinion.

I just purchased a 1500lb lift from Lowe's for $34.99, it's their Kobalt brand, normally $69.99, but now it's on sale. It appears to be a pretty good lift, I just took my RK all the way up and it has a locking ability at different heights. It also fits in the back cross bar of the frame. Very happy for the price.

Im gonna have to check out the kobalt lift. I know Harbour Freight has one for around 60.00 that seems to be made well. 1500lb capacity

I have the Sears yellow jack for my Low Rider, with the Dyna lift kit. I love it.
