Most important thing you own?

Well, if that means something they can't take away from you, then ,I would say honesty and integrity. Aside from that, I would say my guns and ammo, until you get past those, you ain't gettin much else. Property you really don't own, when you die, it's gone. Unless you can pay taxes on it forever after you're gone. Depends on what you mean, "own".

I would have to say that my truck is the most important thing I OWN! It makes me money, keeps the house warm, brings the groceries home and moves the family around. As for the MOST IMPORTANT thing period! That would be my family, I am who I am today because of my wife and kids!
HOWEVER.....I do have a love affair with my bike, and I just use my truck!

Guess I am piling on..........I think I understand what the OP means, that he really loves his HD and I understand that. Just never take it to that level of importance. Maybe seeing people & things come and go make a person over time understand what is really important in life.

1) The OL. She's a keeper and irreplacable, except when she's a bitch which isn't very often - but they all can be (but don't tell her that).
2) The bike. It can sort of be replaced but is my escape, sanity (when the OL does finally loose it with me), and overall second great emotional joy - and is never bitchy.
3) Sharing any real good time with the OL and friends.
3.5) My dog.
4)The house is insured, and I've threatened a couple of times to throw a match over my shoulder while heading to town for a cup of coffee, and sell it to the insurance Co.
