That's quite a list. I'd agree with most, some not my taste. I lean a little harder towards rock.

For me, it's a little light on AC/DC, Zeppelin, Nugent, CSNY, GNR, George, Judas, Tom Petty.

Oh, and no Pink Floyd ?

Great choices and i'm only 33, good call on the CCR, one of the best bands of all time. I would have to add a little "Agnostic Front" in there also.

No Neil Young? Unknown Legend is a great song - a bit mellow, but a nice contrast with pipes and wind in the background.

Great stuff! Other than the country stuff my Ipod is very similar to Monstead's list. One song that really gets me going is St.Elmo's Fire (Man in Motion) by John Parr.

I'm amazed on how much music Monstead and I agree on. I'm not as much country and a little more southern rock than that list.

One song that I never see come up on all of these threads is "Paper and Fire" by John Cougar Mellencamp. If you ride your bike while listening to this song without twisting the throttle back a little more, you're a better man than me.
