yeah - i figured that out. I think they seem to use logic over here. I didn't use it in a harmful way and tried to go back and edit 'cause i just overlooked it before hitting post. however, i was banned in less than 3 minutes...

 

It's pretty much a standard TOS for most forums. It really comes down to the mods and if they are power tripping or not. The Mods here do a great job.
