Actually the op makes a point I was wondering about myself. Etiquette and the law say you roll out in the order you roll up in. When driving the cage I let bikers go together because I realize they are traveling in a group. I guess what I'm saying is becareful because some cagers will roll imediately after the one who arrived before them, be it the first bike or not.

When the hubby and I ride and he gets to the stop or light. He is on his side of the lane and I am on my side I pull up next to him. We go through the interection together.

A few months back we were eating lunch at an establishment that is located at a four way stop in heavily traveled bike country. Within 30 minutes the local law had stopped and ticketed 6 bikes for going through the stop together. I could not tell if the bikes were stopping side by side or one bike slightly in front or the other. Either way, it was pretty crappy since it was only bikes going in both directions anyway.
