Sturgis plans all screwed up.

You chose the wrong place to take your ladies. The boys are just having fun! That's what they do at the rowdy side of town.

If rowdy guys askin' for **** offends you so much,..... I guess you learned where not to go! LOL But I can safely say that you were in the wrong part of town! He he!
Don't go scolding the boys for bein' boys.

i wont spend another fricken dime in sturgis,i wont look thru the stores im fanitoo with sturgis, but i will stil go to the chip for one show and the full throttle for one beer and a pole dance and if i want to spend some money on bike parts the vendors at rapid city harley are allwyas pleasureable and in some instances have some very good deals going on but i will not spend one fricken red cents in the city again
thats like not going to rapid city cause you had a crappy taco at taco bell.....

I stayed at No Name campground. It is a very quiet campground and is not for the party type, it is only like 3 miles or less from downtown. If we wanted to go out, we rode the bus and went downtown to party, Nights that we wanted to sightsee, we went back and got a quiet nights sleep. They are not for partying, but taking the wife i would go there because it is so laid back. If i went by myself and wanted to party, it would have to be the buffalo chip next time.

I've only stayed at Hog Heaven...good sized campground with decent restrooms and showers, and nobody hassling your womenfolk, friendly staff, and decent priced beer. You can party a bit in town (the freaks come out at night), via the bus, get sh*t-faced at the titty bars, and make it back without getting busted for DUI....then it's the 6 AM 'Harley alarm clock', and hitting the roads for a day of riding. I can only handle the crowds in town for a short while....how many Sturgis T shirts can you look at?

depends on who is wearing them
i've never been to sturgis during the rally. but i have been there a few weeks before the rally. i'm not really much of a crowd person, so when we went there it was awesome. we spent about 4 days in spearfish and had a great time. the riding out there was fantastic, the temps perfect. and the best part? you could ride all day, without being stuck in creep and beep traffic, even in downtown sturgis.

It all really comes down to being able to adapt to your surroundings and the circumstances you encounter and then come up with a better "game plan" if called for. I've been to "Sturg" on numerous occasions and to Daytona even more and have stayed all over both of the areas. Had mostly nothing but enjoyable times at every place we've pitched with only, maybe, a couple of exceptions. That's part of the enjoyment for me. Ya gotta adapt, tweak the rules of society a little, and learn to bend but not break. Hell, if everything went according to the original plans and there weren't any hiccups or annoyances along the way and everything was just ****, then I probably would believe that something wasn't right!!
