have had mine two years 12,000 miles and still looks new, best part is I only wash it 3 or 4 times a year and wipe it down about 2x a month, my old vivid black bike was weekly.

No problem with my pewter denim paint. I wash it maybe twice a riding season but give it a wipe down after most rides.
