A perk of riding a Harley
#61
I was in my broker's office the other day and telling the secretary about my FLSTC and she made the comment "Heck, with a motorcycle and bank account you could get you a thirty year old, or a well maintained forty year old." (i'm 60) Now that made my day.

I think my harley is my son who is 8 future dating strategy . He asked if when he was in middle Attachment 95020school and high school if I could drop him off on it. Then he said you are going to give it to me when I am 16 and buy a bigger one.
I told him no way. I was getting him an OBO cause I don't want to be a grandma when he is 17. He had no idea what I was talking about.
Yep an obo. He already looks like a bad *** at 8.

Love the stories about kids.
Kids always wave and smile. Parents usualy give dirty looks.
I've had two times when women rushed up beside me in their cages to wave and give thumbs up.
Kinda cool..

And it's not alwasy just kids and total opposite. I had to chuckle the other day as I was riding to my local dealer I rumbled pass a short bus. A red light stopped both of us shortly after. I could not believe as I looked over and saw a bus full of senior citizens staring out at me through the windows. And a couple of them gave me a thumbs up. Including the bus driver. Really made my day. Who knows if several of those older guys did not ride bikes at some point in their day. We may be there one day.
