You're partially correct. Cruiser's are made by many companies.

Unless you're in your teens you must know other companies have been copying HD for lots of years like the previous poster said; since the 80's.

If someone takes pride in their ride you think they are on a "high horse"?

What kind of bike do you ride now?

They are all crap in my opinion and don't deserve to even be discussed here.

Edit....I think the yamaha was called the vision or something like that.

Hey, don't blame Hondayamakawasuki for building HD clones. Blame the people who buy them. I'm sure the japanese would rather build their own designs, but they can sell more HD clones.

No high horse, here, GM. In fact, quite the opposite.
We own a 59 BSA, an 05 GZ250 in conjunction with the HDs.

BUT you can call like you see it.

Ok I'm going to say that I love jap sport bikes, but if your going to get a crusier style bike then HD is the only way to go. I was a the bike dealer this past weekend getting stuff to service my Kaw and they have a Honda Fury there. What a cheeies looking bike. The chrome on the engine just looked so fake and cheap. It is not a chopper or a custom bike like a Big Dog-it's a Honda wanna be. I guess it's like anything in life. No matter what the product is there are leves of pricing-so I guess look at it this way-you paid the big bucks to have a better bike.

My Dad has a 07 Zuk c90T its a 1500 HD wanna be. It's not a bad looking or running bike, but it's not even close to an HD, but was alot less $. When I give him **** about it he always says "Fried rice at hafe the price" True and not even half the resale value.

I think they should be ashamed at the blatant copying. The metrics make great sport touring bikes, standards, sportbikes, and dirtbikes, but the cruisers are just plain old poor imitations. My opinion.

Another misguided soul in search of redemption!
