Default Anybody have problems with Fuelmoto????

I ordered a PCIII from FuelMoto on July 14th. They said it will arrive by USPS on the 20th. Here it is, the 24th still no PCIII and when I call I keep getting a busy signal. Anyone else have problems with thier customer service?

Wuudbee,

I just talked to Jamie at fuelmoto this morning. He is very busy and maybe that is why you haven't gotten through. He runs a great small business and is very helpful. He also does a better tune than most dealers. Give it a day or two on delivery and try the phone again. He has earned my patience and credibility.

It appears the problem is at the Post Office. I finally got to speak with Fuel Moto and they gave me a tracking number (should of had this last week) anyways, it shows to have been delivered. FuelMoto mailed it to my shipping address which is not the same as my mailing address. Now I have to find out what the Post Office did with it, maybe they sent it back to fuelmoto. errrrrrrrrrrr!

My local Post office has no idea what happened to my package. Records show it was scanned in but the Post Master has no idea who could have scanned it in and there are only three emplyees that work there which includes the Post Master.
FuelMoto is being helpfull in trying to get the issue resolved. A+ Customer Service.

Now, Where's my Damn Powerer Commander![sm=rant.gif]

I got my PC3 from FuelMoto, too, with the RK-3909 kit. Jamie was great, and I agree that the map he sent me rocks, too. I'm curious how similar our maps are. Would you mind emailing me your map file? I'm happy to send ya (or anyone else) mine to look at.

Lemme know what you think...

I'll send it to you tonight. The engine in my scoot isn't equiped with the vibration isolator like yours is so I would expect there to be some differences in our maps.
