I agree with HonestBob. I do believe a private company/bar has the right to dictate dress codes for their establishment - no colors, shoes to be worn, shirts required, etc. However, I don't believe any government (national, state, local) has the right to prohibit dress in public other than "indecent exposure".

I would take my colors off or avoid a particular bar, but if I want to fly them as I ride, that's my business. I'd definitely be taking a cop to court if they told me to take it off. It's called the First Amendment.

What about the First Amendment, and constitutional rights? OPPS we don't have any.
But what you are saying is true as I have lived in Kingman for almost 5 years before relocating last Oct.

The Cops tried to do that up here in Saskatoon to a member of the HA, The government lost in court, whether you agree with it or not its the government trying to take away a person's rights, once they start....... what's next?

It's going to continue to get worse unless you get involved. Doesn't matter if you're a patch holder or not, get your voice heard. Get involved and make yourself aware through organizations like Bike Pac, NCOM, ABATE, etc.

If you just sit back and think it's only a problem for 3 piece clubs, you are in for a rude awakening in due time.

I love my patch "Got Motorcycle, F---Therapy". The article didn't say if they were looking for a specific patch, but I hope I don't get hassled for my inoquious patches. I only wear them about 1% of the time anyway.

I know a lot of people don't wear patches, but those that do, and besides the obvious, what are some of YOUR favorite patches?
Yes they are, which is why we had the "protest run" 2 months ago.

I know, I was there on the run...
