Thanks for the heads up. My stealer told me there was nothing he could do back around July 5 when I was in complaining about it. See what he says now.

It appear that there may be a question about if bikes that are out of warranty will be covered under this Service bulletin. I called my local dealer service department and they said the way they interpret the service bulletin is for motorcycles that still have factory warranty coverage.
I'm suppose to get a call-back but I'm not optimistic that they will cover bike out of warranty.
I've also called Harley Davidson and the customer service rep said it was going to be handled on a case by case basis.

Well, my local Harley Service Department said that the service bulletin to correct the sqealing front brakes for the 2000-2006 model bikes is definately only for bikes that are still under waranty.
The way the service bulletin describes the instructions, it doesn't look like it would be very hard to do if you have a motorcycle jack or lift.
