What is the bandana lining one called. And does it run true to size. (Some run small)..thanks dale. Looks like the lining on the hacienda jacket.

I have 5 Vanson's at this time. IMHO, you cannot find a more functional, US made competition weight leather jacket in as many styles as Vanson puts out.

Sizing can be a challenge unless you stop by the factory in Fall River Ma which I believe is still there. Some of there textile jackets have gone off shore but last check they still produce the leather stuff here in the US.

I bought all of mine off of Ebay and had to break the code on sizing the hard way. They are mostly cut for sport riding except for the cafe styles. It's been said that the Vanson is made to be worn ON the bike not OFF.

I'm 5'10" 170, athletic build and have to wear a size 48. I usually wear a 44 in a sport jacket/blazer but certainly not in a Vanson. Once you break one in it becomes a jacket you don't want to take off.

Currently in my inventory are the: Mark 2 Cobra, Technical Hardcore, VentMax mesh, Mark 2 Velociraptor, Wolverine X-1 (Logan's Closet).

Yep, the corporate greed has gone rampant!

One day, it might end up looking like my old Perfecto:

Neither of these jackets cost me the prices listed above. I got them off Ebay for hundreds less. The Perfecto obviously used. haha. And the Vanson, new old stock.
Just curious, is your brown Vanson the Comet model?

A friend of mine wears a Vanson Mark 2 Cobra and he described wearing one as feeling safe in it because of the thickness and weight of the leather. He said "when wearing this jacket it almost makes you want to lay it down" in a joking kind of way of course.
