Well I finally got to ride the infamous Tail of the Dragon and the Cherohala Highway. Left yesterday and rode the Dragon today. I was the ONLY Harley on either road (that I could see) and just two other bikes on the Dragon (both were sport bikes).

I have photos of the two day trip inlcuding comment showing the snow on the Cherohala!

It was a great quick two day trip, thanks to the heated gear I was toasty warm.

That's a great ride. We did it last August and the year before in September. Wish we lived closer!!!

I would like to do it someday. I have riden in north Georgia mountins around Helen, Cleveland, Dahlonega, Blueridge, and Hiawassee area, the best ride around there is on highway 52 from Dahlonega to Ellijay IMO.
