Good on you! As I understand it, 318 curves in 11 miles, WOW! Hope to do it someday.

 

Man those are some cool pics. We rode across the skyway and the dragon a couple of years ago in early March. When we were in Tellico Plains is was just a nasty light rain, when we got to the top of the skyway we had 2 inches of snow on the road. Made me pucker!

Cool! Glad to hear you made the trip. The weather couldn't have been better. I was thinking about making the trip to dragon today but I went to the dealer to cash in some christmas gift cards and got stuck buying stuff and didn't have time before work. The cherohola is my favorite ride and pairing it with the dragon makes for one hell of a day!

 

Great pictures Captain! I've been on the Dragon multiple times so I know you had a great time. The only thing that surprises me a little is that you were the only Harley. Last time I was there, the Harley's were coming out of the woodwork, definitely outnumbered the other brands!

I bet riding those 30 plus miles on that black ice sent the pucker factor off the chart. Glad ya made it safe and had a wonderful time.

Trucks are the most intimidating thing about the dragon.
