Yep with a 21" up front it will raise it +1" from stock. So lowering the bike will even it out. Which meens you have to lower the rear also.

Thats not what the OP asked. He wants to know whos done it because he likes the look. A lot of people do the 21 mod so why do guys like you feel the need to offend? Keep your negative crap to yourselves.

Well easy fellas I think it looks sick! I never even liked road kings until right now that 21"er makes them look awesome!
