Value?

Now that we have figured out that it is a 1971 Harley Davidson

Rapido MLS i was wondering if it has any VALUE? I know it would need restored, but i inherited it awhile back and have no reason to keep it. It doesn't seem to be in to bad of condition for being almost 40 years old...

It's an Aermacchi. This company was Harley's first attempt to partner with an Italian mfr. The second was MV Agusta.
