I am a firm believer in the work smarter mentality. If you can get the job done faster with better results by working smarter, why do it any other way? If nitrile gloves stops the chemical garbage from getting into your skin then it is smart to wear them. The sweating creates a different issue and can cause fungus that can damage the skin, but changing gloves often and repetitive light washing solves the problem.
