$4,000 is a good price for it. Motor looks good and the rest will fix.

What I love about old project bikes that aren't of the "classic" age yet is that there is no pressure to restore them.

Just go crazy and make that thing yours!

I’d maintain the mechanical stuff & let the aesthetics keep happening.

damn between your bike for $4000, and gumpby's new bike for $3500 what the hell is up, i paid $4000, for my sporty and need to sink another almost 3thou into it to get it to run and i still havent gotten it tuned and runnign properly god damn it i need to find me a nice american girl to marry and move to the states with so i can get me a decent deal o na harley LOL

Alot can be done with that bike,Not trying to toot my own horn,but check out the pics of my 83 flt,in my profile.If im not mistaking the faring should be removable also,Hence the flhs..Sport.

That's what the wife said about me 33 yrs ago with no luck, but she didn't have much to work with. Your project has great potential.
