Shipping can't cost that much, and it is standard with most companies that you pay it.
Unless I missed the post, I never did see a response on where you purchased it and why you can't take it back to the same place.

I guess that's the different buying on-line vs. local retail store. Yes, you pay more at local retail store, but when it comes to returning/exchanging products, as long as you got a receipt, piece of cake.
You saved some coins buying on-line, getting the best price, etc, sometimes I wonder is the aggravation such as this worth it?
Just saying.....

Why a $600 gps? Wouldn't a cheap Nuvi 205W be adequate for most riders needing directions
