Canada is a pain in the A** to get into, if you have any screw up's with the law.
In the US thay say just came on in just ask anyone from AZ CA or TX.

although we have some decent weather here,i'd tend to believe that we would ride in weather that our american friends would never consider riding in on purpose.last september i rented and rode in vegas...it was 107* that day.a week later i rode at home and it was almost freezing (33*),but was otherwise an awesome day.for those keeping track,that's a 74 degree differential.i can't help but think that our southern brothers aren't riding right now in florida,georgia,etc....
the whole bike confiscation thing is mostly bunk by the way.there are a couple of bull cheet laws that might enable the cops to hold your bike,but most have to do with dui and street racing.
