Default low profile helmet suggestions

Looking for a 1/2 or 3/4 helmet that is low profile and doesn't make me look like the Great Gazoo!

Sorry, but ALL helmets make ALL of us look like The Great Gazoo...if your friends tell you that you don't, they're just being kind...please do the same for them...

Here are some of the smallest ones (OD) I've seen, but not all of them are DOT approved....

I HAVE a thread out here and have come to the conclusion, with help from many members here and my own research and purchases, that the only slim and low profile helmets that will meet your (and mine) criteria is gonna be a novelty helmet.

Now that being said, just cuz some governmental agency has put ther stamp of approval on a helmet...is it the greatest thing? a novelty helmet isnt gonna protect me...hhmmmm...being an anti-estavblishment kind of guy i recently have revised my search criteria to not necessarily HAVE TO have a DOT stamp on it.

Now also I do not reside in a "hemet state" so yiour results and opinions may vary.

Shave the top of your head and paint it black or maybe the same color as your bike if you really want to style and profile.

Daytona Helmets aren't too bad. They're not that expensive either.
