Yes, the below picture. And then the flowers in line with the curve of the bag. Not so round as it is now.
BTW, can i ask a question here? What would be the price difference if you would just stick with the free paintjob and go to another person for the airbrushing.
I understand reading the posts that it is less work when doing this in 1 job, but what would be the extra costs if not?
I mean, if that's only a small difference it might be worth the extra costs to decide doing the bird airbrishing elsewhere.
1) It keeps your price and the airbrush job seperated and therefor transparant
2) You have more freedome in choosing your airbrusher to your liking.
(sorry about my english, hope you get my point)

I think if the guy she is talking to is capable of doing it at a reasonable price it would be best to do that. Here's my reasoning on that. I always shoot one coat of clear over base color before doing any art work. Then, it usually gets 4 more good coats ,sanding between each coat. If she takes it to someone else, they would probably shoot 3 more coats of clear over the art work once it is done. Only after the original painter already shot most likeley at least 3 coats. It's a waste of money to do that, when you can have the same painter do it all , then sand and polish everything out. If it were done the way you are describing, then two different guys would have to sand and polish the same bags. Which will result in a higher cost to do what she wants.Sanding and polishing is a big part of a paint job. On a normal set of tins, I set aside at least 1/2 day to do this. The labor to sand and polish is figured into every paint job. She would be paying that twice. Hope that helps.

I had talked with an airbrush artist and just as Nightking said, they instructed me to tell the painter to clearcoat then wet sand. Then ship the bags. Then she would airbrush and then send out to someone else to clearcoat again and finish. Then ship them back. It was really adding up $$$$.
It would be best if I can get this guy to do it all. I just have to decide exactly what I want. The odd shape of the bags isn't making it easy.
