Again, I didn't read the other responses...

My sled/ride/bike/motorsickle is a life saver, literally. If not for my bike, I would most likely still be sitting in my recliner just waiting for it to end, like I had been doing since '87.

My 1999 XL883 Sportster is my main transportation vehicle. The other 10 motorcycles are really just toys! All of them bring me joy when riding them. I do use a car for trips to COSTCO though because I have been told that I am kind of an impulse buyer.

Out of the options I would pick toy - and I like to play a lot. But calling it a toy is not doing it justice. I wouldn't refer to the wife and kids as toys and they are the only things that come higher.

depends on my financial situation.
2 or 3 of my bikes have been my only transportation. The current is a toy, but if things continue to go south for us I'll sell the truck and it will become transportation.

Same here, its a toy. Its the toy that I'll be using for the Frosty ***** Poker Run in Las Vegas this saturday.

I don't like cars, so I don't have one. I ride year round (it's not so bad in Houston) and it's my only motorized transportation.
