Is there a 12 step program for Morons?

"Hi. My name is Travisty and I am a moron. I took the time to set up an account on a Harley forum just so I could display my ignorance."

You might have generated more help if you had asked for your first post
A- Is there anything I can do to improve performance?
B- Is this normal?
C- Where should I look for the approriate apparrel.
D. If I lean the bike over is it normal for things to scrape?

If you really want/need help....think about what you want to ask and then post in such a way as to request assistance withoout inviting such interesting answers.

Or if you're just trolling.. run along now.

That ought to about cover both sides of the road

Hmmm, I recall a famous quote someone made on this forum regarding the harley and it's performance and handling. hmmmm, can't recall what it was.

Well, if schumaker is reading this I'm sure he'll be able to help me out.

Yup that's it. You have the same model?

What is this "trolling" you guys are talking about? I'm part of many forums and have never heard this before.

You guys are pretty quick to judge.

Thanks to those who took the time to help. I will look into the plugs, filter ect.
Yes, I really did expect more power from this bike stock. My Duc was a twin and it had 130rwhp. I didn't think that I would have to invest more into it than I paid for it for it to perform. Lessen learned.

Yes, I really did expect more from a HD forum. I said I was new and that I didn't know **** about Harleys. Lessen learned.

Default Trolling for Trolls

First, THIS THING IS A DOG. 1200 some cc's and my kids dirt bike has more power. Is this normal? What is the average HP? What is the correct way to lean these bikes? Every time I turn I'm dragging hard parts.
I am also having a hard time finding gear that doesn't make me look like a jackass AND that I feel safe in. I've had my fair share of get offs and none of them were caused by me. Without the gear I would have been toast.
Any input would be helpful.

Easy guys, if this had been an 06 or under Sporty I would have went straight to the Troll flamer! EPA is kinda forcing constipated Harley's on us. No big deal, still a bullit proof engine with good internals, we all tweak em anyway!

I bought a new 03 with the 88 Carburated and it will smoke my 2010 103!
It is no more Harley's fault than is was for the big 3 Automakers in the early 70's. We went from muscle cars to dogomatics after 72 when the EPA got in the game. Took the auto corporations 20 years to engineer some grunt back into some models.

Harley will work around it in a few but right now EPA is Killing them, plus this lousy economy. I'm not slamming the late model Harley's when I call them EPA dogs, hey if the shoe fits! Don't take that much to wake em up if you know what you are doing! Would still ride my plugged up Harley as metric because I know when I get it right the valuation over time will still be on my side.

If you seen this guy before and he is a troll, smoke him. I gotta tell you I come off metric's and it takes some getting used to Harley's. They are not meant to ride like a Kaw KZ 1000, never were.

When you grow up and get the peg draggin days out of your system and can afford one, you go Harley! It does take a little gettin used to!

(1)An '09 Night sporty?
(2)Metrics are quicker off the line but you can not plow the back 40 w/ them.
In other words, comparably loaded down, Harley will win the race up the mountain.
(3)Get rid of the Harley before you kill yourself!!
(4)Dressing like a Power Ranger doesn't make you look like a jackass
but dressing like a pirate does? See (3)
