For any H/D parts that I don't need right now, it's Zanotti for me [sm=smiley20.gif] . If I have to have it in a hurry, I just bite the bullet and get it local [sm=smiley24.gif]

I've ordered parts from Chicago HD on three separate occasions and have had no major problems. One of the parts did take a while to ship but the savings were so great I couldn't pass it up.
If you want to see what you can save, just get the price and part number from Harley's site and then enter the number on Chicago's site. The difference is usually pretty substantial.

These guys are top notch and have treated me right. It is where all of my parts come from.

Next time, I'll try Zannotti...does anyone know if they ship overseas?

Tim is superb; and didn't loose it with me when I asked him the stupidest questions in the book a year ago when I first got my scoot and started riding.
I've received a lot of shipments from them, and zero problems.

Zannottis worked fine for me.Good folks and minimal wait. Not everything was in stock but didnt take long to get.Had I have been in a hurry, the items they had to order were small low cost items I could have looked for locally

I have used both Zannottis & Chicago HD..along with Adventure HD, and Latus HD.....all with ok results. Now that I have joined the MVP program at my local dealer (who is VERY well stocked with parts) I get a 13% discount...plus other perks....they are 15min away from my house. I can return stuff if needed, and I have it in my hand the same day. If a situation comes up where a item's bottom line is too much less online....I just show the sales manager and we can usually work it out.
The bad side of the MVP program is that it does cost a one time (life time) $49 to get in.....but so what I mad that back the first two times I used it.

I have spent approximatley $1100 at Chicago HD in the last three months. Not one glitch and the shipping was very reasonalbe. 20% savings on my items. Longest wait was 12 days from order to arrival. Chicago will take returns on most items if they haven't been used. They do charge a 20% restocking fee. When you include your return shipping you really lose out. I would hope they have better return on defective items and don't charge the restocking fee. I just ordered a pair of Kevlar jeans and within 24 hours I received notification that HD no longer carrys them and their would be no charge to my credit card (that was a good thing).
