I'm not sure they even warm the motor before oil change, like they are supposed to! LOL

Which oli line from a "A" engine would you drain from, The top line or the bottom line?

if you're going to do this, why wouldn't you just use the old filter instead of destroying a new filter? just wondering.

He's wealthy and didn't want to get his hands dirty. LOL

I did notice that he opted out of using a chrome one, so maybe not so wealthy?

this will create a lot less mess because there is no filter media in the DIY puck and will be easy to clean out and store for next time....it reusable. And besides the filter was only $3.00 and I was bored over the Christmas break and I need something to do.

I think this is a great idea, I wish I would have thought of it first! the rouge chopper video says you'll pump out 32 ounces,(1 Quart) of dirty oil until it runs clean. So you'll have to weigh the risk of cross contamination of the new oil with spending an extra $9 or $10 bucks per oil change. (cost of a qt. of mobil 1 at autozone)

got me one of those rogue's cuz I'm ****

it leaks, makes the oil change take longer, creates more mess (removal at the filter mount means TWO times of the good ol drip drip)

anyone wants mine I'll sell for less than new price of course. used it twice. over it.
