Don't any of you guys have State Laws that say if you remove them your bike won't pass a MVI.
Here in Nova Scotia the ones on the downtubes are MANDATORY, it is not enforced but if the MVI station wants to be nasty they can fail you.

Put a 36 grit belt on it and it will make quick work of those reflectors.
