I just bought one about a month ago from one of our fellow forum members. It works well now that I bought the wiring that was needed to make it work properly. The horn should come with a wiring harness that includes a relay and other wires (one connects directly to the battery). This allows the horn to operate at 8 amps instead of the 3 amp circuit in the existing horn connection.

Mine came with a relay that draws less than 1 amp.The stock horn circuit works well with it

I have that horn also. The wiring harness it came with makes mounting it a 10-minute job. Very nice, loud, two-tone sound that catches everyone's attention right now. I consider it a safety upgrade of the first order.

I have a 03 Dyna and have a mini air that I want to put on . I was wondering if my bike has a stock horn relay or if it works straight off the button? Do not have a manual yet.

Loud horns don't save lives! LOL haven't you been paying attention (little joke carried over from people on loud pipe threads who poo-poo the idea that it is good to be heard as well as seen)
I actually don't run a horn, I never use a horn, ever. I do think that horn is pretty cool though. You should get it, would look good on your bike.

pretty hard to use one if it is not attached, and yes when it was attached, I never used it. I have patience when someone does not figure out the light is green in front of me, and never used one to prevent a possible altercation with another vehicle. Mad skills.

Looks like it belongs on a metric imo.
