The only down side is if you have a flat and are stranded .........and you try fix a flat, just to get you to a dealer. All the beads will clump together and throw your wheels scary out of ballance........other than that they're great. Those of us with tubes can't throw a plug in a flat..........so fix a flat is always worth a shot.......got me 40 miles once ,to a Indy
