Default Would U go back to another brand now???

After 3 yrs of having our Heritage I can't even think fo going back...
Having had 3 GW's prior to this one I never enjoyed them anything like our Harley..
The wife has ridden 10x more on the Heritage in 3 yrs than she did in 15 yrs on the wings and she can't wait to ride now....she actually tells me when its time to ride... every nice day in the summer she's waiting and then tells me it time to go.......she loves it....
With her MS, can't ride till later afternoon, its better therapy than anything that the Hospital has to offer for her....

So there is no way she or I would have anything else parked in the garage to ride..

Whats Ur feeling on Ur Harley..????

I like all kinds of bikes, but HD has been pretty consistent in my garage. The other bikes I have now are dual-sport, so HD is not at risk in that market.

For what it's worth, I loved my Heritage, but since moving to the Ultra I can't imagine going back to anything else. I'd like to get a couple other models just for fun, but my main riding bike will be a bagger for the foreseeable future.

I don't see it that way ("back", "forward" etc). The Harley is great and I love it. And I think for the most part, if I'm going to have just one bike, I would like it to be a Harley for the foreseeable future. But it's just a motorcycle, and there are lots of other nice ones out there. I would love to own a Ducati. If I was going to do extensive touring again, I would consider another BMW. I can also see wanting a sport touring bike like the Honda or Yamaha mid-size models. I am enthralled by the big Triumph. And I am itchin' to restore an old Brit bike, like a 50's BSA or Vincent.

Harley's are nice. I love mine. But they're not the only bike out there, and in a number of styles, they are not the best (or don't even make anything).

I might pick up a Kawi, Suzi, or Yammy dirt bike but not a cruiser. If I was going for a different cruiser it would be a Trump, but I'd still have a Harley parked beside it.

I know how ya feel. Ain't nothing like riding a Harley. Been on one since 1974. A 1964 Pan that I still ride.
I have had a 1998 Valkryie in the stable also since 2004.
Bought a 2007 Ultra in Jan. this year.
I love em both for what they are.
The more the merrier.

I love all 5 of my Harley Sportsters, but I also really love my 3 Nortons and I just love my 2 Buells and I still kind of like my BMW sort of. Go back...? Maybe I just don't understand your question. I just like to GO and any one of my motorcycles will do the trick for me, some more than others, but if they were not fun for me to ride, I would not have bought them or I would sell them to get one that did do the trick for me. Life is much too short to limit the amount of fun that you can have everyday.
