Carbon fiber open-face helmet

I'm looking for a good carbon fiber open-face helmet at a good price. The only one I've found is the HJC AC-3 (which also manufactures helmets for Harley). Many websites say it's on close-out, but the best prices I can find are around $230.

Does anyone know of a good place to buy these? Does anyone have any idea what is replacing the AC-3?
