I have never had a problem with them. However, if they do not have the part in stock (i.e. Kuryakyn parts) it has taken a while to get the parts; but, they have always shown up eventually. I have never had any delays with H-D parts.

I've stopped in there, it seems to be a nice place. Do they have 20% off everything right now or something?

I just picked up my EG classic rental from Hales in October. Great shop, and great service department. Large parts inventory. I had 20% off for a month, and got quite a bit of stuff. Check out their T-shirts. They are awesome.

Parts on E-bay are 50-66% less. They're not HD licensed buy many of them are the same or better quality. Since HD quit making parts in the U.S., I've started buying them off E-bay. I didn't mind paying top dollar when they were manufactured here but now almost everything is made in China. I just bought a pair of chrome passenger pegs for $30 delivered to my door. Harley wants $90 for similar pegs. Just an idea you might want to consider.

I've never ordered from them on-line, but when I lived outside Columbus I purchased parts, apparel, and have had service done by them. I always thought they were more fair than the local shops around Columbus.
