Yup, just find a stunt driver and ask what his insurance rates are...
Then add to that an unskilled rider doing essentially the same thing. What do you think the results are? I'd be surprised if they didn't use those statistics posted as a basis for the insurance rates.
-SuperSports are affordable and that attract youths with less experience to begin with.
-Speeds are higher and the culture is more risk driven.
-The fatality rate goes up exponetially with speed.
-Harley riders drink and ride more than sport bikers do.
Harley riders in general are also older, more experienced, and don't try to break the sound barrier every time they leave a traffic light.

They were also basically outlawed , BECAUSE far too many people, kids included were getting hurt tipping them over because of poor judgment or just plain ignorance.
Well you can't lay down on a bike and ride it cause it cuts off the oxygen to your brain just like drinking so sit up when riding and don't drink cause bikes steer better on their wheels.

They get better gas mileage when they're upright too.
