Default Need bike sale info help from Detroit area riders!

Hey guys! I was out of state over the Thanksgiving weekend. Today, my buddy tells me Detroit HD had a huge sale on bikes over the weekend. Does any one know what the deal was, or have a flyer/ad they could pm me or post? I know the sale if over, but I'd like to see what they were offering to see if I could duplicate it either there or somewhere else. I didn't find anything on their website about it. He said something about a $3500 gift card with additional money off the bike? He's not sure, just heard it on the radio I think. Anyway, if anyone remembers or has a hard copy (that would be great!), I'd like to hear or see it. Thanks!
Jerry

Only sale I saw was 25% off in stock merchandise and free sweatshirt to the first 100 customers.

I didn't hear anything either.
I was in there a couple weeks ago too?
Call em!
I'm pretty sure they are all ready to deal in this environment.

Damn, they sent me one of those fliers in the mail last week or 2 weeks ago and I pitched it, didn't remember what it said in it. I mostly got to Motor City H-D, but Detroit H-D has more parts in stock for my "84".

Hey Jerry, I was listening to WRIF this morning and Detroit H-D had a commercial on that said "up to $3500.00 in accesories" for new bike purchases. It said it was for this Saturday.

Previous experience would tell me that a $3500 discount will be on something left over and undesireable, like a 2008 pea green V Rod. Did a price check there a month or so ago on a 2010 Dyna, was quoted MSRP+freight+prep+tax, like it was 2005 and we all have jobs. The discounts there tend to be for parts and install at retail. The 25% parts discount and free sweatshirts was at Motor City. I've offered to do business with Detroit for 4 different bikes in the last 3 years and unfortunatly for both myself and them, we have never been able to come close. Best place I've found to at least start with, as far as a better price, is Town & Country.
