I just bought the bike I wanted. I read in someone's signature on here something I really enjoy....."There are those that ride Harley Davidsons & there are those that wish they rode Harley Davidsons". I really enjoy that phrase everytime I think of it!

I never considered myself an us. Been called a horses---us a few times.

 

No problem here, I have my Sporty1200 and my Ninjette250. So what I ride depends on how I feel that day. now I have put 2600 miles on the Ninja over 14 months and 1800 miles since June. This might be due to me being more comfortable on the Sporty on the interstate then the Ninja, but I have found a back road to Denver for longer trips.

 

+1 This is a sad commentary but very true none-the-less. I don't get it because I like motorcycles (most brands) and I wave to all riders regardless of what brand bike they are riding. However, I ride what I chose based on the pleasure of the ride; I don't give a rat's *** if it pleases anyone else. Enjoy your ride!

 

I didn't even bother reading the other responses, just wanted to say I could give a **** what other riders frown upon. Just so you have that info for yer mental data base.

 

When a Harley goes by everybody looks and when any other kind goes by nobody cares so just keep looking good.

 

I don't think Harley-Davidson is considered number 1 by anyone on a sportbike though.

 

well you won't find me bad mouthing those other crappy , junk, 1000 mile a year riding crotchrockets SOBs.
