It's not rich. Every Delphi FI Harley has "warm up" fuel setting. It richen's the fuel mixture at start up. Most bike's when cold will be on warm up fuel for 8-10 minutes. The balck smoke you see is from this warm up fuel. That is why the bike odes not smoke when at temperature. they all do it to differernt degrees. The Race/Super Tuner allow's you to adjust this. The Power Commander uses the "0" or "5" percent throttle setting.

On cold start up, the engine breathes, just like you do, in an out. No big deal, normal. cole

Yeah, I'm a smoker too. Hopefully not for long.

Wouldn't worry about black smoke..
If it's white or on the light blue side then you might start saving your spare change..
